Today a very common error of HP Printers is going to be discussed; whenever any user is working on Microsoft Office downloaded from the genuine site i.e. www.office.com, is mostly needed to print the work they have been working upon but suddenly the HP Printer Software displays an error of Ink System Failure and this error can also be seen by the error code “0x…”, these codes can differ depending upon the model of the HP printer or the HP Scanner. Now let us see the various ways by which this error can be fixed. Appropriate Fixes: ● The first fix is to check the cartridges of your printer; i.e. you have to check whether the cartridges that have been put in are genuinely purchased from 123.hp.com/setup and not a non-HP or any of the refilled cartridge, because if the cartridge is not original then this error message will occur when you will try to print any document from Office 365 Download. You can also check the HP Driver Update, to make sure there is no outdated HP Software and Driver. ● If the first fix did not work then the second fix involves resetting your HP printer purchased from 123 HP Setup; for resetting you have to first turn ON your HP printer or HP Scanner, wait for few minutes for printer to be ready completely and once it is turned ON simply take out the power cable directly attached behind the HP printer. You have to take out the power cable from the main wall socket also; then wait for 1-2 minutes, put back the power cable or cord again into the main wall socket and then connect it to your HP printer. If the printer turns ON automatically then it is fine otherwise do it manually; when the printer is completely turned ON then Download Microsoft Office or open it, and try printing to see the error is fixed or not. ● If the second fix is not working & you are still seeing the error code or message; the third fix involves checking the ink levels of the HP printer, to do so you might have to remember that before the error code or message you might have seen any kind of alert message generated through 123.hp.com and if you are unable to do so then you have to open the “Control Panel” of your HP printer or HP Scanner. Once the control panel is opened look out for an option or feature labeled by the name “Estimated Ink Levels”; click on it, it will automatically generate a report whether to change ink cartridges or not and this option can be found differently depending upon the model of the HP Printer. Well; above are all the fixes for dealing with the Ink System Failure error, if you have any query feel free to leave a comment and you can also take assistance via HP Support Assistant Download.
